The men of Delta Tau Delta Fraternity at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln want to wish all Americans a Happy President’s Day as we honor all American Presidents and the leadership and role they have shared to promote American ideals. Celebrate Black History Month

The men of Delta Tau Delta at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln are celebrating Black history throughout the month of February. But we also are adamant that Black history is American history. As our value of “Lifelong Learning and Growth are Vital” encourages us to continue seeking education and learning from different and diverse experiences, we encourage all Delts to not just celebrate the contributions and history of Black Americans for one month out of the year, but to continue learning year round.

Nebraska Delts honor the legacy of Martin Luther King, Jr. today and every day. We remember his Dream-

that one day this nation will rise up and live out the true meaning of its creed. ‘We hold these truths to be self-evident that all men are created equal.’

As we honor Martin Luther King, Jr., we are reminded of our value: “Strengthening Community is Essential to Our Vitality”. Delts have a duty to serve our community and strengthen it for all members of society.
