House Corporation Annual Meeting Held
The Annual Meeting of the House Corporation of Delta Tau Delta was held on January 30, 2022 at the Shelter. All initiated members of Beta Tau in good standing as well as other Delts approved by a majority vote of the Board of Directors are members of the House Corporation. The House Corporation’s role is to manage the Shelter structure, host alumni events, and implement the scholarships benefitting the chapter.
The Corporation’s financial outlook was presented at the meeting, including an ongoing outstanding mortgage from the 2012 renovation project. An update to two scholarships was reviewed which included the good news that our Beta Tau Leaders scholarship has reached endowed status. Finally, a few proposed shelter improvements were presented for implementation in the kitchen area for Summer 2022 and 2023.
New Board of Directors Elected
The Board of Directors of the House Corporation is tasked with planning and implementing projects related to the House Corporation’s role as the manager of the Shelter, administrator of scholarships, and host of alumni events.
The following were elected as officers and directors of the House Corporation for 2022:
