Behavior Expectations

Our mission statement for Nebraska Delts is Committed to Lives of Excellence. That is our expectation of members in all aspects of our lives including our behavior. We provide standards and expectations to help a member uphold his commitment to our mission statement. We not only help members make good choices, we demand them.

If a member does not uphold our standards we hold them accountable through a process called the Honor Board, the disciplinary arm of the fraternity. If a member makes a mistake, the Honor Board is charged to meet with the member, give support and guidance, and provide an opportunity for the member to change his behavior.
