The House Corporation of Delta Tau Delta, better known as the Beta Tau House Corporation, was incorporated under the laws of the State of Nebraska on January 23, 1940. It serves as the owner and landlord of the Beta Tau Delt Shelter located at 715 N. 16th Street, Lincoln, Nebraska.

The House Corporation is comprised of all Beta Tau Delts in good standing as well as other members of Delta Tau Delta Fraternity who are admitted upon a majority vote of the Board of Directors.

A Board of Directors is elected annually to administer and care for the Shelter, administer the scholarships of the chapter, and co-host or sponsor alumni events.
